Geoff is a highly accomplished tower crane rigger with over two decades of industry experience. Since beginning his career in 2003 with Titan Cranes, Geoff has built a reputation for technical precision, strong leadership, and an unwavering commitment to safety. His early work laid the foundation for his expertise in complex crane operations and advanced rigging techniques.
As a Leading Hand Rigger with General Cranes and Crema, Geoff played a pivotal role in delivering some of Melbourne’s most significant construction projects. He is highly skilled in coordinating teams, managing challenging site conditions, and maintaining the highest operational standards. With in-depth knowledge of leading tower crane brands such as Favco, Jaso, Terex, and Liebherr, Geoff is widely respected as a trusted expert in the construction sector.
Jason Coulston
Jason brings over 20 years of professional rigging experience to Encore Cranes. His career began in 2003 in offshore construction, where he honed his skills building oil rigs with some of the world’s biggest barge cranes in demanding environments that required exceptional precision, technical expertise, with focus on safety.
Jason’s transition to tower crane operations saw him become one of Melbourne’s most respected riggers. During his tenure with General Cranes, he was instrumental in the success of high-profile projects, delivering complex tower crane movements and major recoveries of tower cranes from the tops of some Melbourne’s tallest buildings with precision and efficiency. Jason’s extensive knowledge spans leading tower crane brands, including Favco, Potain, Terex, Jaso, Jost, and Raimondi, making him a versatile and highly capable specialist in crane operations and project delivery.
